Polina has been practicing law since 2006. She has helped clients resolve estate planning issues and executor and beneficiary disputes big and small in an efficient and economical manner. She recognizes that the focus of all litigation is risk management, and has extensive experience in resolving claims by way of negotiation and mediation. She has also appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Court of Appeal.
When not in the office, Polina volunteers with Access Pro Bono and the Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club.
Silvano is an experienced litigator. His expertise is in estate litigation, commercial and real estate disputes. He has appeared at all levels of the BC Courts and numerous administrative tribunals. His background is in business and he brings business insights and a practical approach to resolving disputes. Silvano takes a risk assessment approach to legal matters with a focus on settlement. Silvano’s approach helps his clients reduce the economic impact of litigation as well as reducing the stress that inevitably accompanies legal action. However, Silvano understands that sometimes, matters cannot be settled and will pursue remedies within the courts in an efficient but aggressive manner.
Nazanin practices wills and estates and real estate law. She has assisted clients with a variety of simple and complex estate matters, including preparation of wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, family trusts and estate freezes. Nazanin can also help with estate administration and the sale of estate property.
